4 Assessment and analysis of change
OUR CHANGE MANAGEMENT APPROACH, the 4Ds, is built on project management principles so that it can be integrated with existing projects and programmes which use methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI. We have developed our learning into a proven, structured approach that consolidates lessons from our previous successes and also from our failures (and if you haven’t failed, then you’ve never really tried!).
