What is it?
CHANGE READINESS ASSESSMENT (CRA) is a methodology used to determine the readiness of an organisation, or parts of it, to introduce change. It uses a set of eight criteria which have been found to be key indicators of successful change implementations. Conducting a change readiness assessment will:
