When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the reviewer
Greg Walters, since 1972, has been involved with computers and computer programming. Currently, he is extremely well versed in Visual Basic, Visual Basic .NET, Python, and SQL using MySQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle. He also has experience in C++, Delphi, Modula-2, Pascal, C, 80x86 Assembler, COBOL, and Fortran.
He is a programming trainer and has trained numerous people in the use of various computer software packages, such as MySQL, Open Database Connectivity, Quattro Pro, Corel Draw!, Paradox, Microsoft Word, Excel, DOS, Windows 3.11, Windows for Workgroups, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Linux.
He is currently retired and in his spare time, he is a musician, loves to cook, and lives ...
