So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Wrapping Up
reating a winning management style has to become your
own personal development project. No one has it all, but
all of us have bits and pieces and the opportunity to build on
our strengths and compensate for our weaknesses. The proc-
ess will be fun!
Going to work is a necessity for most people, but that
doesn’t mean it has to be drudgery. Managers with the oppor-
tunity to build careers for themselves and others can take an
“ordinary” group of people and turn them into a winning pro-
duction team. What could be more fun that that?
