As a consultant, you must find a successful blend of managing your own team and managing the client’s team. There are multitudes of moving parts that you need to consider when you are organizing your team. Being able to plan tasks and manage the time available to complete a task is pivotal to the overall success of the project. It doesn’t matter how brilliant your team’s solutions are if they are late, incomprehensible, of poor quality, or incomplete.
