I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Startup Files, Scripts, and Actions
Sometimes when you start up Toad you’ll want certain things to automatically just happen as part of the product launching. For example, maybe when you launch Toad you want the Connection screen to pop up, or for Toad to play its “ribbit” sound, or for some file to auto open within an Editor, or for some SQL command or script to automatically run. As you become a more advanced Toad user you will quickly find the need for such things.
As before, you launch the Options screen by either clicking the 
icon on the main window toolbar or by choosing Main Menu → View → Toad Options, and then navigating to the left-hand ...
