Statspack Interface
If your Oracle database has the older Statspack setup, then Toad has a wonderful interface to it. Check with your DBA staff before using this feature if you are unsure of its status in your environment.
Statspack is a collection of information about the Oracle database between two points in time. These points in time are called snapshots. The Statspack report compares two snapshots and displays the results. If Statspack is installed, these snapshots can be configured to occur automatically. DBAs usually set these up to be executed once per hour.
