You have some writing that needs to be done. Maybe it’s copy for a page on your website, maybe it’s an email bulletin, or maybe it’s some posts for Facebook or Twitter. In any case, there’s a big white hole where those words should be; somebody’s got to fill that hole, and that somebody is you.
I’ll be upfront with you. Writing copy for online use is a bit different from any other type of writing you’ve done. Oh, there are similarities; you use words and sentences and paragraphs and such, and grammar and punctuation still have a place. But what you write and the way you write it has to be tailored to the audience and the medium—both of which, when you’re talking the Internet, are unique.
