Deploying applications by adding properties files to a monitored
directory
Installing applications by copying them to a monitored directory does not change any bindings
or JNDI configurations that the applications might use. To configure application resources and
deploy an application using a monitored directory, use the properties file.
The monitoring service scans both the server directory and the property directory. If it finds a
valid property file, it runs the wsadmin applyConfigProperties command.
