Now that we have explored the options available for data protection and the associated authentication schemes available, it’s time to distill our understanding of these options into recommendations for SOHO environments. This section will also include other aspects of SOHO network security which, when implemented correctly, will provide a secure wireless SOHO network.
WPA2 and WPA3 are the most current data protection certifications and should be used exclusively if possible (no ancient, pre-RSN devices).
