Relationship Governance” (Binder and Edwards, 2010) can hardly be

bettered, although it is a bit long. “Knowledge Management Systems

and Business Processes” (Edwards, 2005) is clear and accurate, but

maybe could be a bit more precise, for example, “e Relationship

between…”. But “Health Visitors Revisited” (Edwards et al., 1983)?

It doesn’t really give any clue as to what our research findings might

be, does it? I was a lot younger then, of course.

And finally, a lesson I wish I didn’t have to include:
