I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you have been asked by the editor of a peer- reviewed journal to ref-
eree a paper, you should be honored. at you were asked is testimony
that you have risen to a position of some prominence in your field. If
the editor did not believe that you could do the job, you would not
have been asked. is is one price you pay for prominence.
If you are an experienced referee, then what I have written might
be properly viewed as reminders. If you are a novice, I hope this helps
in forming your approach to refereeing.
