So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Conclusions
It is hoped that these insights from my 20years of journal editing will
be useful to those submitting papers to academic journals. Mentoring
junior faculty in terms of publishing, research, teaching, and service
should be carried out at colleges and universities. I wish you much
