I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Image Trace
Creating vector textures with Image Trace is very common. Image Trace lets you convert pixel- (raster-) based images into vector artwork by placing an image in Illustrator and applying Image Trace options for desired effects. JPG, PNG, and PSD are acceptable formats.
Image Trace has three basic conversion modes: Black and White, Grayscale, and Color. There are many options for each conversion mode, allowing you to achieve a wide range of artistic conversions.
