So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Using a grid structure to help build icons can be of great help. With the Snap to Grid feature activated, you can keep lines and points snapped to the grid for easy icon creation and consistency. Lets look at an example: I set this up in millimeters so everything is based on units of 10.
