In this recipe, we created, initialized, and activated a CloudHSM cluster with an HSM. We can verify the HSM's identity using the certificates that we can download from AWS. At the time of writing, the following are the six certificates that can be downloaded from CloudHSM and verified:
- Cluster CSR
- HSM certificate
- AWS hardware certificate
- Manufacturer hardware certificate
- AWS root certificate
- Manufacturer root certificate
