It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the Creating a VPC in AWS recipe, we created a VPC manually. Then, in this recipe, we added subnets. We can also create a VPC using the Launch VPC Wizard button to create subnets based on predefined options. The wizard currently provides the following options:
