Introduction

After the individual lifecycle elements have been addressed and defined, a business can turn its attention to the optimal service-delivery strategy. The service-delivery strategy is the approach taken to provide the service level to end users. Historically, the numbers of service-delivery alternatives were few for businesses to consider. Just as other lifecycle elements today, a growing number of alternatives are available today.
