Refactor
Refactor is the process of redesigning the workload to be cloud native. This type of migration pattern is, in essence, a rewrite of the application to align with the CNMM discussion in Chapter 1, Introducing Cloud Native Architecture, add automation, and architect the application to have a cloud native design.
