3.1 Introduction
In mobile cyber-physical systems (CPSs), mobile sensing and computing devices are tightly con-
nected via communication networking systems that are coupled with the control of the physical
world. Because of the inherent mobility of the physical system, a wireless network is the main
communication technique used in mobile CPSs. e design of mobile CPSs confronts several
