framework via finite mixture models. In recent years we have seen numerous examples of applica-
tions of finite mixtures and their dynamical cousins—the HMM in many areas such as bioinfor-
matics, speech recognition, information retrieval, and computer vision. ese areas also provide
numerous instances of data analysis that involve multiple linked sets of clustering problems, for
which clustering methods provide little in the way of leverage [5].
We have described how the Bayesian nonparametric approach could be used in cluster-
ing different gestures effectively. We have just sampled part of the data from the digital glove.
