ing block to the entire NCPS. e synchronization of nodes is not always reliable because of the

normal nature of the nodes. Within an NCPS, information should be gathered and formed into

an action locally at a node; however, an awareness of what else is happening with other nodes

may be required. A framework is needed that will integrate system monitoring, balance resources,

and adapt to altered environments. In [7] they describe their partially ordered knowledge-sharing

model and an application programming interface that will allow contact with the physical world.
