I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

HISTORIQUE
Depuis 1994-1995, l’ISO 9000 est composée de trois normes ; l’étendue du périmètre des trois normes concerne tous les domaines d’activité de l’entreprise :
- ISO 9001 avait pour vocation de couvrir dans l’entreprise : la conception, le développement, la production, l’installation, et enfin les prestations associées ;
- ISO 9002 avait pour vocation de couvrir la production, l’installation et les prestations associées, sans conception ni développement ;
- ISO 9003 avait pour vocation de ne couvrir que le contrôle et les essais finaux.
