So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor (Eagle) (https://www.autodesk.com/products/eagle/overview) is one of the oldest and most popular PCB design tools. It has a simple interface and provides a library with a great number of components. It enables both beginner and advanced designs, it is not so difficult to learn, and it has a large online community with tutorials that can help you to get started. All of this makes it suitable for both hobbyists, makers, and more professional users.
