So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Extending Spring with auto-configuration
In many practical scenarios, we need to develop shared libraries (within an organization or as a contribution to open source) and in such cases create specific configuration classes—as modules (JAR). Making it available in the application's classpath makes the development faster and easier by eliminating the need to define specific beans that are included in the auto-configuration classes. The configuration examples could be LDAP, different DB sources configurations, or security configurations.
