So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Nowadays, the workforce of an enterprise or a company is not located in one place, but spread out across the world. With such a distributed workforce, providing training and guidance across the globe is a challenge. People can use conference calls and video calls, to collaborate, but both have their own limitations.
