I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Installation checklist
Install the following programs for holographic development. If you already have them, make sure that you have the correct versions installed using HoloLens emulator:
- Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 (or later): Download and install Visual Studio 2015 from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads. While installing Visual Studio 2015, be sure to opt for a custom installation and ensure that you select the Universal Windows App Development Tools option.
