When a HoloLens device is not registered on Intune, perform the following steps to register:
- Start the device.
- Select the Settings application.
- Within the Settings application, select the Accounts section.
- Within the Accounts section, select Work access.
- Now, select the Enroll into device management option:
- This will prompt you to enter your organizational account. Sign in using your organizational credentials.
- If authentication using your organizational account is successful, enrollment to Intune is successfully completed.
- Restart the device so that all the organization certificates and policies get applied to the device.
