Preface
Somerville (the best Tex-Mex experience a displaced Texan can have), who
know me as “Tony for two,” “Two prickly-pear margaritas no salt,” and
“Number four with chips and salsa,” respectively. I have to thank Howard
Stern, Robin Quivers, Artie Lange, and the rest of the crew for getting
me up in the morning and for inspiring Chapter 9. Leo, Patrick, Jessica,
Kevin, Dan, Jessica, Sarah, Yoshi, and Jessica at the Screensavers (TechTV)
reminded me that 7 p.m. is time to stop work—although, because of the
PVR, I often kept working. More than anyone, I have to thank my wife,
Erica, for being so patient during many long days of writing. Erica’s family,
Mike, Michelle, Sandi, and Raymond Edson, as always, kept me in good
spirits during the holidays (and by “spirits,” I mean booze).
