5. Click the Services tab.
Notice that there’s a service called Web Server
(HTTP). If you were setting up a web server on the
default TCP port 80, you could just select that and
click OK. We’re using a custom port, though.
6. Click Add. The Service Settings dialog appears.
7. Type a friendly name for the web server in the
“Description of service” field. In the “Name or
IP address” field, type the manually configured
IP address your computer uses to connect to the
Internet. Select the TCP radio button. In the External
Port and Internet Port fields, type the custom TCP
port number you configured IIS with. Figure 12-15
shows a sample configuration. Finally, click OK.
8. Click OK twice more to finalize the settings.

If everything worked properly, you should now be able to enter the URL
http://localhost:TCP_Port/ in your browser and see a web page served directly
from your computer. Of course, there’s no useful content on the web site
yet, but we’ll take care of that in other projects. You’re using a custom port
