In the Library module, first select all the photos you want to have the same exposure. Now, click on the photo in that selected group that has the exposure you want them all to have (the highlight around this thumbnail will be brighter than the rest of the selected images. Adobe calls this the “most-selected image”), then switch to the Develop module.
