I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Get Images from Lightroom on My Laptop to Lightroom on My Desktop?
In the Library module, go to the Collections panel and Right-click on the collection you want to move to another computer. In the pop-up menu that appears, choose Export this Collection as a Catalog, as shown above. This brings up a standard Save dialog, where you can name this catalog (I always name mine the same name as it appears in my Collections panel), but below the naming and saving part, make sure the Export Negative Files (so the actual photos will move along with the catalog) ...
