Click on the image you want to edit in Photoshop and press Command-E (PC: Ctrl-E). If the image is in RAW format, it will open right in Photoshop. If it’s a JPEG or a TIFF, the dialog you see above will appear, asking how you want that image to go over to Photoshop. By default, Edit a Copy with Lightroom Adjustments is selected, and I think that’s a good, safe way to go (so you’re not messing with the original image).
