Go to the top of the Print Job panel (at the bottom of the right side Panels area), click on the pop-up menu just to the right of Print To (by default, it is set to Printer), and choose JPEG File. When you do this, a JPEG Quality slider appears (I use a quality of 80, just in case you care. I think it’s a great balance between quality and file size).
