I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Do Creative White Balance?
If your goal is artistic and creative (rather than just “proper” white balance), then your tools will be the Temp and Tint sliders found near the top of the Basic panel. The nice thing about these sliders is that they’re kind of self-explanatory. Want your image to look more blue? Drag the Temp slider toward blue. Want more magenta in your image? Drag the Tint slider toward magenta (like I did here). Between these two sliders, you can come up with tons of amazing colors for skies or for fashion looks or . . . well . . . whatever. ...
