I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Add a Drop Shadow to My Slides?
Go to the Options panel (at the top of the right side Panels area) and turn on the Cast Shadow checkbox (as seen in the inset above). You have four controls: Opacity controls how dark the shadow is; Offset is how far away from the photo the shadow appears; Radius is how large (and soft) the shadow appears; and Angle lets you choose the direction of the shadow. Of course, make sure you choose a Background Color (in the Backdrop panel) that lets the drop shadow be seen (so, a black background is pretty much out, right?). ...
