I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Disable the Onscreen Preset Preview Because It’s Slowing Things Down?
If you’re using an older computer, or a low-powered laptop, you might notice a speed hit when you hover your cursor over presets in the Presets panel because it takes a lot of “juice” to quickly display a preview of all those different effects right on your image itself. If you notice that speed hit, go to the Preferences (under the Lightroom [PC: Edit] menu), click on the Performance tab, and turn off the Enable Hover Preview of Presets in Loupe checkbox.
