Create Wet Streets?

Get the Adjustment Brush (K) from the toolbar below the histogram, in the Develop module’s right side Panels area, double-click on the word “Effect” near the top left of the panel options to reset all the sliders to zero, then drag the Contrast slider over to 100 and the Clarity slider over to 100. Now, paint over a street and it’ll look wet. If you want the street to look even wetter, click the New button up at the top right of the panel, then paint over the street again, and it doubles-up the effect (as seen here at right). ...
