I’m going to give you a standard method that is very common for online print labs, however the ideal situation is for you to (at the very least) go to the lab’s website and see if they have a custom color profile that they prefer. My guess is that they’ll tell you to send the files using sRGB color mode (that’s the default), but there are labs that have a custom profile, and if they do, you want to download and use theirs to get the best results.
