It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Create a Tilt-Shift “Tiny Town” Effect?
You’re going to heavily blur a large area at the top of your image, and a large area near the bottom, leaving a thin area unaffected over one part of your image (as if you’re peeking though a large slit in the blurriness, which is what creates the effect).
