It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
13Costs/Charge zur Bestimmung von Servicepreisen und -modellen
Das CECAR-Modell behandelt alle zentralen Punkte zur Bestimmung der Kosten, um einen Servicepreis mit einem geeigneten Preismodell festzulegen. Hierzu wird der Punkt Costs/Charge analog zu den KPI/Service Levels dem IT-Service zugeordnet (s. Abb. 13–1). Im CECAR-Modell wird geklärt, ob und wie IT-Unternehmen einen IT-Service verrechnen. Auf der Entscheidung zur Verrechnung setzen anschließend die Methoden auf. Für etwaige Preisgestaltungen liefert CECAR ein Repository mit entsprechenden Praxisvorlagen.
