I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ich danke Hagen Aescht für seine Hinweise als IT-Servicekatalog-Trainer. Seine Anregungen gaben mir wichtige Impulse, welche Richtung ich bei den IT-Servicekatalogen einschlagen sollte. Das CECAR-Modell wurde maßgeblich geprägt von Jörg Richert und Dr. Alexander Lürken-Uhl. Ihnen bin ich zu großem Dank verpflichtet für die Hilfe bei der Strukturierung des Gesamtkomplexes. Das erste Modell mit dem Arbeitstitel DITS (Design of IT-Servicecatalogue) wurde kritisch auf seine Schwächen hin von Jörg Richert untersucht.
