Telecommuting, or working from home, was the popular mantra of the late twentieth century. However, this is rapidly being replaced by a new work concept: Work anywhere, anytime—in your car, your home, your office, even your client's office. It means a radical disaggregation of work, going beyond the walls and confines of the traditional office (O'Hamilton, Baker, & Vlasic, 1996).
