If you Google hypercare, the top results tell you it's an antiperspirant that works by affecting the cells that produce sweat. This chapter is not about an antiperspirant.
Hypercare is a term that is not universally adopted in the business application implementations world, but I am seeing it more and more. Some partners just call it post-go-live support, and some don't call it anything other than regular support. You should not transition to regular support on Day 1 after go-live.
