It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Automatic re-synchronization for self-healing after failure
If any node is failed it will start automatically and again perform the synchronization of data to the rest of the nodes, which are active nodes, and copy all recent data in the node. In that case it does self-healing of the failures.
