Cross node transaction is required when we have multiple nodes after doing scaling and one node requires the other node data as a part of input. For instance, if we have different nodes at different locations and we have a single inventory for all the locations at that time, one user request for any product that is not available in that data node at that time will have to communicate with other data nodes for the information of the product, based on the user's request.
