Preface
This book has been written for students embarking upon electronic
and electrical engineering courses such as those offered by BTEC
and the City and Guilds. The book will be a useful reference during
the first three years in a technical college and in home study courses,
and it contains most of the equations that will be encountered
during that time.
The book is designed to be used in conjunction with one of the many
theoretical books available. It contains over 400 worked examples,
and 370 problems with answers. The worked examples have been
carefully chosen to show how equations are transposed and used.
