I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 10. Alignment
So far in this section we have been dealing with relatively detailed patterns of communication and filters that make up an individual’s unique model of the world. I am now going to change the emphasis from principles, processes, and functionality to organisation and relationship. I’ll explain by analogy.
Imagine you are on an ocean liner. You want to learn everything about this ocean liner, so you are shown around the engine room, navigation equipment, and the safety features are pointed out to you.
