This is a simple tool developed for an entrepreneur who was concerned that the innovation and creativity responsible for fuelling his company’s growth were becoming stifled. His concern was a response to the increasing discipline, systems, and accounting practices that were creating internal tensions, a lack of communication, and friction among employees.
