I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Auto pair-kerns and Metrical kerning: Default
Optical kerning: Use when a font has minimal pair kerns or when mixing typefaces.
Click between two characters after applying Optical kerning to see the exact value in parentheses.
Manual kerning: Insertion point is between two characters.
Add space: Option RightArrow Alt RightArrow Delete space: Option LeftArrow Alt LeftArrow x5 increment: Add the Command key (Mac) or Control key (PC) to the above
TRACKING applies when more than one character is selected.
Tracking: Adds to the manual kerning (if any) and auto pair-kerns.
